Dorothy Hamilton is the Founder and CEO of the International Culinary Center (ICC) and is one of the most respected culinary leaders in the world today. The ICC has educated some of the top chefs today across the world today, including Bobby Flay, David Chang, Wylie Dufresne, and many more. She is also a pioneer in the entrepreneurial world, and has been honored by the French Government, Babson College, Food Arts magazine and more. Additionally, she is currently the host of “Chef’s Story,” a weekly radio program with PBS.
